It’s regretful when you only get a small part of Tokyo to show in a post, but since majority of the photos was from Harajuku… for now this is all I can give until the next time. For all of my fashion enthusiasts this is the place for you. Streets that are lined with affordable but cute fashion apparel, and the creatives congregate in this area frequently. If one thinks it’s packed on a one day, they have clearly never been there on a weekend. There are thrift stores and small boutiques lined down Takeshita Dori, as well as large brand consignment stores in Omotesandō.
Harajuku is also home to many famous salons where the stylists will walk around and create youtube content to bring in more clientele. I even happened to spot a couple filming a video below my airbnb. I felt like a creepy paparazzi taking this shot 😛
Across from Taskeshita Dori, there is a beautiful forest and Meiji Shrine. It’s as if you get the hustle and bustle of a city as well as a cool and serene place to relax, pray, or walk around to just think.
